Adam Rapoport is the Editor-in-Chief of Bon Appétit Magazine. Before joining Bon Appétit in 2010, Adam was the Style Editor of GQ Magazine.
Adam’s mother, Maxine, grew up Polish Catholic in Milwaukee and converted to Judaism when she married his father, Dan Rapoport. His latke recipe comes all the way from Poland via Maxine’s mother, Irene. Adam is a latke purist and doesn’t like when people attempt to be “creative” with them.
